This home has a large living area with a 65" TV, large comfortable sofa, love seat, chairs, and a glass coffee table. Eight can sit comfortably. The dining table seats up to 6 or dine at the granite waterfall kitchen island that seats up to 4 people. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances and gourmet cookware. The first bedroom is located on the bottom floor and furnished with a King Bed, private bath and 55" TV. On the second floor, the second bedroom is located adjacent to the kitchen and living area and also furnished with a King Bed and 55" TV . Upstairs on the third floor there are two large, beautifully decorated bedrooms with King Beds, well appointed private baths, and walk in closets. Each upstairs room has a 55" TV and in the hallway there is a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. An additional stackable washer and dryer is located in the garage. The home has a roof deck with a gas grill and a dining table that comfortably seats eight. You will find gorgeous, light wood floors throughout the unit and feel right at home with the cozy, modern decor. Stairs between all floors. No elevator.
There is a Ring doorbell camera and an additional camera outside the front door. The unit has private off street garage parking, high speed internet & cable TV.
Linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of soap, shampoo and paper products. Coffee, cream, Splenda and sugar are available for the Keurig coffee machine. as well as some basic necessities for cooking.
